Return & Refund Policy

At Ziva Boutique, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to support.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can raise a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Handloom cotton fabric variations are considered heritage traits, not defects.

2. Refund Processing

Once your return item is received and inspected at our Jaipur warehouse, refunds are initiated. Prepaid orders are refunded back to the source account. COD orders receive store credit coupon codes.
