We have a hassle-free 7-day sizes exchange window. Go to My Account -> Orders, select the order you wish to exchange, choose the new size needed, and submit. We will coordinate a reverse-pickup.

Orders are dispatched from our Jaipur warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Deliveries generally take 3-5 business days for tier-1 metro cities and 5-7 days for other regions.

Currently, our default checkout processes shipments within India. For custom international orders, please email care@zivaboutique.com with your product choice and shipping location.
